We did it! Our group took part to the Explorathon 2018, at a science fair hosted at the Dundee Science Centre on Saturday 29th September as part of the European Researchers’ Night and supported by the European Commission.

We

presented for the first time the ePeg, a tool for measuring handedness. This project was funded by a Royal Society public engagement fund and was developed in collaboration Miguel Nacenta and Greg Flamich from the School of Computer Science.

Around 400 people attended the event and had visitors at our stall no stop! It was a long and even if we were exhausted it was totally worth it!

We had lots of questions, discussion and new ideas. Most importantly this type of experience make our work in the lab more directly connected with the “real word”.

We are ready to do it again!
