Our new paper describing a biological mechanism underlying the genetic association between the PCSK6 gene and handedness is out today in Human Molecular Genetics. This work takes forward the findings from our previuos GWAS studies (see here and here).This is the first functional paper of our group and represents a good proportion of Rob’s PhD project. Many congratulations to Rob; great timing to have it accepted on the same week of the thesis viva! A big thank you to all our collaborators that made this study possible.
